Russ and his team have been fantastic! We switched from our first software group a little over 2 years ago, because the old one just couldn’t keep up with the growth we were seeing. iServiceRoutes was great getting us through the transition and have been on the phone anytime we needed anything since. I was the first user of this program. Hands down the best group I have had the pleasure to work with.
Russ reached out to me as a trash can cleaning company to utilize their custom built software in my bin cleaning business.
I was starting my third year of business when I started using iRoutes.
This program made my life a ton easier when it came to organizing and running my bin cleaning business. The team they have assembled for the routing software, billing software, and credit card processing company, are all top notch.
The level of customer service from these three groups has been nothing short of fantastic.
ANY business should follow the lead of this company for the level of commitment and customer service they provide to their clients.
I have sold my bin cleaning business so I no longer utilize the program for that reason. On that note, I do own a mowing business that I am going to moving over to iRoutes for my next season and I am so glad to be part of that group once again.

Outstanding service. We tried a different platform early on after starting our business and we had problem after problem. After making the transition to ISR, the biggest difference we noted is the staff at ISR is ALWAYS available to answer questions and help us maneuver through various customer issues.

We also like the fact that the software is continuously evolving and the developer pursues user feedback to continue making it better.

Overall, ISR is a one stop shop for from signing up, scheduling, billing, messaging and tracking. They hit a home run with this one.

iService Routes is by far the most advanced trashcan washing CRM out there. My whole concept with my business was to run my trashcan washing business through a door-to-door platform and this is the only system that able to do it effectively for several reasons.

My favorite component of the system is if use of QR codes. For every sales rep I bring out I can give them their own QR code, and every order that a customer place using that QR code gets linked to sales rep. These QR codes are completely customizable as well, you can give your sales rep different commissions for different service frequencies as well as give your sales rep the option of giving your customer different discounts and making those discounts available to only specific QR codes that you choose. Surprisingly, there are several other trashcan washing specific Softwares But none of them have this QR code feature that has been so convenient for us.

Something else to know is You will waste so much time if you choose to go with a general CRM such as Jobatory or House call Pro. Just This last week I got texts from several of my customers telling me that they’re trash collection day was switched to a different day of the week. If I had been using a general software, I’m sure I would’ve had to go on and individually change customers to get serviced a different day, But luckily, I was able to change them all at once super easily.

The last thing, and probably the most important thing to know Is there customer service is amazing! I can’t tell you the amount of times where I had some weird setting that I wanted to implement and after sending their support team an email and they would set up a video call with me to go over my specific need. Just over the time I’ve been using this Service they have made amazing updates and they are great!

I’d give them 6 stars if I could! Thank you iservice routes!
