I am a Michigan resident who is interested in moving down south. I found a house that I was highly interested in. I contacted the listing agent, Amber Ellis, and scheduled a virtual tour. Amber, then, canceled the tour for not having the pre-approval letter in hand. My pre-approval is "pending" due to the fact that I work for the Postal Service. Meaning that I have countless opportunities for relocation. I am just starting my relocation process and there are a few areas I am interested in, therefore, I have not settled. Amber fails to realize this. So I reached out to the other listing agent, Caleb McConnell, and he just ignored my messages. I understand that I'm from Michigan and that things maybe be different here, but here, our Realtors jump through hoops for their buyers, and work closely with lenders to try to get them pre-approved on the spot. I can honestly say that these Realtors are lazy and won't lift a finger until all the work is already done. All the work is done, my case is a little unique. I will not work with this company again and I don't recommend you do either. Especially, if you're from out of state.
