10/10 experience. We found these guys on the Quiet cool website and went for it and highly recommend. Thank you!! Scott let us know right on time when he was coming, and did a discovery and got the whole job done within 90 minutes. We called on Friday and the job was done by Monday morning. The fan is so powerful and it already smells and feels so much better in the house. Pricing was on point as well. No upselling once he got here, didn't waste our time at all.

Installation was quick and seamless! They found a good spot for the vent and were considerate of astetics as well as function. Everything was up and running in about an hour. I could Immediatly feel the outside air coming in from the cracked-open windows, providing a nice cool breeze. The whole house feels cooler now. It's not "A/C level cold" in here, but it's no longer a hot box either! Its nice to have fresh air coming in versus recycled stale air. I'm also looking forward to the cost savings over running the A/C unit.

We had a 5-Star experience with Innovative Home Energy Solutions. We purchased a whole house fan with the assistance of our Sales Rep Scott. He did a thorough, no pressure, sales presentation and set up an immediate installation appointment. Our installation technician was Hunter, who was awesome! Hunter did a fantastic job of explaining the installation process, performing the installation, cleaning up afterwards and educating us on the operation of the whole house fan. He was courteous and professional. After a couple weeks of use, the whole house fan has been performing wonderfully. If interested in a whole house fan, I highly recommend Innovative Home Energy Solutions.

My husband and I have been looking at your fans at the fair for at least three years if not longer. We had a house fan, which worked fine, but it was so noisy that we couldn’t hear ourselves think when it was on. We all chatted back-and-forth for a while after this years’s fair but we just weren’t ready to pull the trigger on it. A few weeks ago Scott reached out to me again told me about your special, ending on December 10. He explained exactly what would happen, exactly what we were in for as far as time, costs and discounts and I liked everything I heard! As scheduled, Scott and a young man (I believe his name was Callen ?), came out yesterday, exactly as scheduled and provided the service exactly as it was laid out to us. There was no mess, there was no question about what was going on during the install. We could not be happier with the experience of the installation, the training to understand the remote and where everything was placed in the attic and why. Your company delivered exactly what they said they would and it was an incredibly positive experience for us. I do apologize for not remembering the young man’s name, but I’m bad with names. That said, that young man was so knowledgeable and so polite and respectful, just as Scott was. It was really a joy to have them both here yesterday and know that what we were getting was exactly what we wanted. The fan works beautifully and is so quiet. It is an absolute dream come true. Thank you for staying after us. I really do appreciate it.

OMGosh! I waited and saved for 7 years to get my quiet cool fan!!! They did an awesome job! Even got it put in quicker than we had booked. Hunter was great, very respectful, hard working and on time! He communicated every step of the way, explaining how it worked, when to use it, how to get smells out of the house and cool clean air into the house with the push of 1finger on the button! It works great and I couldn’t be happier! Thanks for the fair price too! Great work guys!!!

We are very happy with the service we received from Innovative Home Energy Solutions, Inc. The installers arrived on time, talked to us about the location of the vent and the direction of the air duct connected to the fan before proceeding. They also installed a new outlet for the fan, programmed the remotes, and did a great job cleaning up. They were very friendly and took their time answering our questions. Hunter and his co worker came to the house on time and did the install very quick. Once we found the spot to put it in. The install was great and looked very good. They showed me how to use it and told us that if we had questions. Don't hesitate to call them. On the cooler nights we use it and it's great....
