Innovations was my lifeline during the four years that I lived in San Francisco. Kurt consistently sent me to top firms in a variety of industries (finance, commercial real estate, tech) and was always very communicative and transparent. He successfully negotiated pay increases for me and offered invaluable guidance as I navigated different workplace environments.

I’ve worked as a temp for many years as a supplement to my work as an artist and, though I’ve worked with many great agencies, Innovations was by far the best experience I’ve had. I always felt valued and respected by Kurt and anyone else at the firm with whom I interacted. I would highly recommend Innovations to anyone looking for full-time or temporary work in the Bay Area.

Paula and Lindsey were an absolute pleasure to work with. Paula found me via LinkedIn and sent me a message that she would like to meet me. I had the opportunity to visit their beautiful office in San Francisco and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. We had a thorough chat about my career interests and she already had some great opportunities to present to me! They coordinated my phone interviews, which led to landing in-person interviews, which led to a same day job offer. This time frame was only 4-5 weeks long from the point she messaged me to me accepting the offer. That is QUICK in my opinion. Paula is truly amazing at what she does and I am very grateful she came across my LinkedIn profile. I am almost a year into my new job and she continues to check in with me once in awhile, which is very sweet and genuine of her.

I was referred to Innovations by a friend and was contacted by Paula right away. Overall I didnt have great experience with this company.

I sent my resume in to Innovations PSI about a month before I arrived in San Francisco. Kurt responded to me almost immediately to set up an interview. At this point I was very impressed as no other recruitment consultants were willing to do this for me before I arrived. They had all suggested that I rather get in touch at a later point. Fair enough.

Anyway, when I arrived at the interview, it was clear that he had forgotten about our meeting. He then looked at my resume and basically gave me the advise to register with other agencies. Between that and spinning me other ridiculous stories of how for a 1-2 day temping job is reviewed by the recruiter, it was apparent to me that I was not suited to their (very specific) needs. I was more than annoyed since I had given him the resume a month prior and he should've just rather directed me elsewhere at that point.

So be warned, they specialize in the financial field and are very inflexible as to your specific needs. I would not recommend this firm unless you have a financial background.
