Love the 2-story buildings with windows that can be opened. Open parking lots and no garages with long lines of people trying to figure out how to exit is a bonus. Really surprised Irvine Co. didn't install solar panels as shade/power source over the parking lots. What a missed opportunity. Outside seating to eat or work. Love all the dogs in the area and the other wildlife - bunnies, hawks, lizards. Oh, and music in the restrooms is a bonus. There should be music blasting in every shared restroom.

The buildings are sweltering hot in the summer. There is no functioning air-conditioning in our building.
