Definitely one of my favorite places I’ve lived. It’s affordable in comparison to other places, the staff in the front office are exceptional people and even more so at their jobs. The on-site maintenance crew are quick to respond, very kind, and I’ve never had to submit any issues more than once. Within our gated community it's tidy and damn-near pristine at all times. The main issue since I’ve moved in over 2 years ago is that the gate has only worked about 8/10 months out of that time due to people disregarding clearly marked signs. Other than that, within the community is mostly home bodies so when you do venture out to use the amenities you mostly have it all to yourself, or you make a new friend. I know what you’re thinking because of the area but they have stepped up their pest control so though there are no bugs here. 11/10. You get way more than you’re paying for.

I have hopped from Georgia to Alabama for the past decade pretty often and I must say I truly enjoy my studio space. The office staff has exceptional communication, especially the Property Manager, Precious! Her compassion and kindness has been a light throughout this pandemic storm. The area is quiet and the families are very secluded within their own space. This is a truly good community.

Actually I been here since the renovation about two years now, I won't be renewing my lease because I'm going back over the road for my career, but this place isn't bad the property manager is chill and understanding, the maintenance team are cool and do a good job to, and if there's an issue it's taken care of pretty quick. I would do 5 stars but the gates been acting up since the beginning but there IS literally only two ways in and out of this place unless u hopping the fence and even then the cameras gonna catch anyone trouble makers. The courtesy officer holds it down pretty good to out here but it IS North Huntsville and the car wash down the hill bring more then enough loud music in the middle of the night. But all in all, I definitely recommend the place. Affordable to

I've been living here since May & it's OK. The staff can be friendly & helpful at times,depending on the time of the day &/or the person,however,they need to understand there is a fine line between being professional and trying to be cute from making off the cuff remarks to or about certain tenants. Also they don't offer any specials or give special recognition to people that work for them or to tenants that served in the military-such as myself -& by the way I was told that I never served. Plus they need to get rid of the speed bumps because they will tear an alignment up even if a person is slowing down. Other than that,it's a good place to live when you can't afford the other apartments.

I've lived here a little less than a year and I've had a great experience. The people in the office are very friendly. They always have smiles on their faces. I've only had 2 maintenance requests, and they showed up within 20 minutes both times.

Right now, new management has come in to make some improvements. They replaced some horrid speed bumps, and I believe they are installing a gate.

I know someone, who stays a few streets over, that has lived in this neighborhood for years and it is not bad at all. I can't speak for everyone's experience, but I've enjoyed my time here.

So far, I lived here for 6 months and it's been a pretty good experience. The property is nice and well maintained. The units are clean and they have monthly pest control. Security is available at night and it's relatively quiet. Besides obscure incidents every once and awhile, this is probably the best cheap apartment complex that you will find.

I’ve lived here for about two years and the staff here has always been courteous and friendly. Whenever I have a problem they are prompt to take care of it. I’m giving four stars because I’m not too much of a fan of the exterior renovations and they chopped down my cat’s favorite tree to bird and squirrel watch. Once in a while there are issues in terms of safety in the area but overall, this isn’t too bad of a place to be especially if you are a first time apartment renter.

I've lived here for going on three years and what a pleasure it has been to stay at Warren House (now known as Highland) apts. The rent is extremely low, but the complex is kept top-notch. Beautiful mountain views, a decent sized pool, reliable and on-site maintenance that is always doing preventive maintenance, safe and secured grounds - I walk my dog in the middle of the night and have never had issues. Complex is quiet; no loud parties. Upgrades are always being done, more so than any place I've ever lived in: new pool furniture, new sitting bench, new roofing and outside walkways on some buildings. The only minor complaint I have are the speed bumps; they're so high you'd think the complex was expecting a tank invasion.
