James Hardister, at the helm of Innovation Builder and Construction, was a pleasure to work with. He was always in communication, responsive, listened, had good ideas and solutions for the repair and partial rebuild of our deck which is 12 ft from the ground, and 50 years old. Its cantilevered design, and age, made the deck wall and railing weak and inadequate in supporting any lateral force. While preserving the basic design ( satisfying the constraints of an HOA), he built a strong structure, brought it up to code and made it strong, functional and beautiful. He had respectful, friendly, hardworking and diligent associates who stayed on task, worked efficiently, and completed the job as promised, and in consideration of our special requests, according to schedule and cleaned up along the way. With exception of the lovely deck they left us, you could not tell a small construction crew had been working here.
I checked out James and received nothing but praise from previous clients. I would not hesitate to recommend him. We are glad we found him.
