Complete waste of time and money! So many things went wrong with my projuect I wish I never used them.

1 From the begining they mispriced my project by over 10k. This completely ruined my budget as they waited to the work was already started to request more money.

2 Their billing is horrible. They did not stick to the billing schedule they provided and would send random invoices at random times for random amounts. My company never knew when to expect a bill. I asked more than 10 times for them to explained their billing and they would completely ignore me.

3 They completely missed delivery deadlines and would often not show up to our scheduled weekly meetings and provide no notice.

4 I constantly had to tell the developers the same task over and over again.

5 They messed up my project and only offered a 50% refund.

6 Don't be fooled, this is an India based company.

7 Every week there was a new devloper working on my project.

8 At the end they completely abandoned my project with out any notice or warning. DO NOT work with this company they're HORRIBLE!

Scam Alert! Took my money for a project then didn't provide any work because of a technical problem with a server that resulted in complete data loss. Then, they only offered a fraction of the money back as a refund. I asked for break down of how this money was spent to warrant keeping so much. The details were never provided and the CEO - Nash, ghosted me and never sent the money. Not a professional experience.

This company represented itself as a USA based custom code developer. We thought because they were a USA based company, that we would be dealing with people in the USA but after the contract was signed we were assigned to an India based developer. We were alloted a 30 minute once a week zoom meeting. It appeared to us that they only worked on the project just before the weekly meeting. If the agreed upon weekly goals were not met they just made excuses. Our agreement with them was to create a personalized product website with a custom coded image editing feature. After nearly 2 years and $20,000+, we still do not have a website that is useable. They were capable of cobbling other company's plug-ins to a wordpress template. But they were not able to write any original code for the required image editor. The resulting website is bug ridden and very slow. We tried patiently to work with their programmers to resolve all of the issues but they simply were not capable of fixing the bugs without creating different problems. After a frustrating nearly 2 years of once a week meetings and paying them much more than was quoted we have given up. Buyer Beware!!!!!
