I have been with ingenious med for more than 3 years, The used to answer the phone and get back to me with any questions, But now they seem to have worst customer service , I called billing department multiple times, no one answers the phone , you leave voicemail, no one gets back to you , but when I send an e-mail asking to cancel my account , they quickly respond saying "I'm obligated to renew for 3 years because I had to cancel 120 days before renewal date !!!! What !!, This does not make any sense, why don't you send the invoice 120 days before The renewal date then? You only send the invoice 2 months before the renewal date and then you asked me to cancel 4 months ahead of time !!Nice software but very very bad customer service.

Detest the new update. You click on the patient, it leads you to billing screen instead of home page. Starting afresh every Monday, you'll know who billed what but I want to know patient details as to what are the diagnoses and why patient is here, then add my bills and THEN go to the billing screen. It slows by seconds on each patient. Hate this. I wish I could shoot darts at whoever changed it!
