I initially signed up for this coworking space because a previous manager kindly allowed me to keep my medical accommodations on-site, as my paid locker wasn’t big enough to store them. This made my workdays significantly easier and was a key reason I chose to pay for a membership here.

After being away for a short time, I returned to find my accommodations had been thrown out without notice, despite my continued paid membership. When I inquired, I was initially told they would be replaced, but that offer was later rescinded after management cited a policy against storing personal items. I was never given any warning or opportunity to retrieve my medical accommodations before they were discarded, leaving me without the necessary support I relied on.

While I understand that the previous manager’s allowance wasn’t official policy, it was a simple accommodation that had no impact on other members. If you have specific needs or medical accommodations, I’d recommend getting clear written confirmation from management, as informal agreements may not be honored long-term.

I love working from Industrious! It’s a cozy sleek feel and the Ponce location makes the office so unique. The space is gorgeous and always clean. All the staff is accommodating and so kind. There is always a stocked fridge of drinks, coffee, water, Diet Coke <3 etc. Awesome breakfasts, snacks and I love the happy hours each week. They are so creative and fun. I definitely recommend working from here. You will be well taken care of. Don’t forget free printing!!!

I love working at Industrious! The office is GORGEOUS!  The staff, especially Becca and Mandy, are super helpful, friendly, efficient and professional.  They are mastering office management, event planning, and people management.  I plan on using Industrious for all of my office space needs and you should as well 🙂

These spaces are often hellish, “stylish” wastelands that smell like the gig economy needs antibiotics.

Hannah and the team here do a fantastic job. Connie specifically got 6 people a conference room—and provided lightning-speed tech support—and we made our Very Important Meeting.

Every need is highly considered. It makes for an incredibly pleasant and convenient coworking experience. I’ll be bringing my team back.

I love working in Industrious! Everyone is very friendly and it is an amazing experience being around so many creative companies. The best part has to be Lexi and Kelly the community manager and community coordinator. They have gone above and beyond many time for me to make sure I have everything I need to have a great working environment. There is always fresh coffee, hot and iced, fresh fruits and they are always thinking of fun creative ways to keep the space fun and social.

My organization moved to Industrious at Ponce City Market over a month ago and it's been nothing but a fantastic experience. The staff is accommodating and friendly, and the perks/amenities are wonderful (who can complain about free coffee every day?) The work atmosphere feels like it matches our organizational culture well - young, modern, and makes you want to come into work every day. Great decision for our organization!

Industrious Ponce City Market has been a fabulous environment for us to continue to build our company in the Atlanta market. We've been here now for almost two years and have nothing but positive things to say. The staff is always friendly and available for any questions or requests. Since Covid-19 there has been proper protocol with masks worn in all common areas, full sanitation of all appliances and office space, including temperature check for entry. I couldn't feel any safer in this community! I'll continue to office here and refer any and all that I can who are looking for a full-service co-working space!
