Product works as intended, but be weary of what you sign in case you decide not to use it any longer. After your initial contract term, it is not month to month. They have long term, 6-12 month, auto-renewal clauses. What I verbally agreed to was a 6 month term, and this is evidently clear based on the screenshot. Shame on me in assuming that both of us were on the same page that the contract term was 6 months and then month to month. Really do not like companies that use auto-renewal tactics to keep people enrolled in products they no longer have a need for.

My team at Spark capture are extremely impressed with the 360 technology from Impel! The app is easy to use with a clean interface that makes navigation a breeze.

The best part about using Impel is their outstanding customer service. The support team (Ray and Connor) is very responsive and helpful, always going the extra mile to assist our photographers with their questions. They also promptly replied to all my questions, and their guidance was spot on.

We have been fortunate to use Impel for some time now in a less known industry - marine. Our rep Peter and Kyle have been responsive to our needs and make sure we utilize their services for our maximum benefit. While the technology is semi-complicated, Impel systems does all the heavy lifting and creates a level of consistency that is unrivaled to just taking photos. I would highly recommend trying it out at the bare minimum.
