First, their agency representative at JCP completely lied to me, repeatedly. I went in and woke up at 4am to be sent immediately home, because of a SPECIFIC lie on the part of one of their agents. I should be already paid and I'm obviously laid off, but they've used commentary and lies to keep from paying me on time according to my state's laws. Furthermore, the corporation claimed my statements were "heresay" when I informed them of the situation. I intend to sue.

Terrible workforce!!!! Place showed favoritism over the senor employees over new employees. Countless times tried speaking out to get help and nothing was done. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I worked for impact a total of two weeks where I was “let go” the week of thanksgiving without a write up or warning . I pulled overtime my first week but they say I was let go do to performance, when from jump they didn’t train . My supervisor whitehead was extremely rude she called my questions stupid. I was never late I did whatever was asked of me. The worse job I ever worked in my life . They all are very unprofessional and just because they have a little authority they take advantage of anything under them for a power rush!! Waist of time!! The biggest coward waited until today by name of Brian Beal to tell me I was let go and won’t get a separation letter until 7-14 days . I wouldn’t advise anyone to work for this company .
