Every time I go there, everyone is very professional and accommodating. Dr. Falcone Is by far one of the nicest people you’ll want to deal with. He’s very personable unlike some doctors that just treat you like a patient. The nurses in the front and people are very cheerful and friendly. I would have to say it is a pleasurable experience…….

I really appreciate the professionalism at Amici in Raritan. Everyone was very nice. The nurse that drew my blood was very good because I have poor veins. She was successful on the 1st stick. I was impressed from the minute I walked into the clinic.

I was called and told I hit the placebo snd not the booster and to schedule a time to get the real vaccine. I then got an email stating that there needed to be at least 14 days from getting a flu shot. Since it would not be 14 days I called to reschedule my appointment. I was told they thought the flu shot was exempt from that requirement but they would inquire and call me back. They called back and said I was good to keep the appointment. When I got there they said it was to soon after the flu shot. After waiting for over an hour they were finally able to get in touch with Pfizer and get the go ahead. I arrived at 11:45 and finally left at about 2:30. Everyone was very nice but I called specifically because I thought there might be a problem. I was upset that 1. They had nothing in my record about the call and what was told. 2. It took more than an hour to get a call back from Pfizer and 3 if I did not have a record of the valid on my phone would they even have believed me. They need to give better training to those answering the phones and keep a record in the patient file of what they are told.

I had a 10 minute phone screening and the agent told me I qualified. I clearly stated that I had just concluded cancer therapy and she checked and said I was still good. after 30 minutes of paperwork at my on-site appointment, I was told I was an immediate rejection due to recent cancer. I drive 30 minutes, and wasted another 30 minutes onsite after having taken a half day off at work. ZERO compensation for my time and travel and just a sorry and get out. the rep literally said sorry and just left the room. if this is how you treat people that are on-site due to YOUR company's error during the phone screen, I can't imagine how you treat them if there is an issue with experimental drugs

It was a good experience. I live in PA and I was "ubered" each way, which I appreciated. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Shoan did a nice job drawing blood as I am a "hard stick"! One problem for me - I forgot to bring my driver's license!!
Had to fax/scan it later. Cindy was nice about it.
I am fully vaxxed and boostered. It didn't seem to be an issue. Everyone was masked.

Great program, Significantly improved my quality of life with their migraine relief clinical trial in conjunction with the halo group. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. I have a crazy schedule so they are extremely flexible with appointment times. I would recommend this team and trial to anyone!

Wonderful, professional staff. So welcoming, and I would highly recommend anyone participating in one of their studies! Couldn’t have been more pleased to learn companies like Amici are in existence, all to help better pharmaceutical care.

Staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. I particularly appreciated that the blood draw was painless and went fairly quick, given that they had to fill 11 test vials.
