I am concerned over the fact that Illuminate education is asking /Making suggestions that we monitor our children's credit, Throw them or an affiliated company through them. why would I give my my child information to the same company who doesn't even have proper security protocols or even a company that they recommended? According to illuminate education they have no idea what information was Released They use the word forensic so that parents are not worried the fact that their children's demographic information was just put out into the open. According to illuminate education they state they don't even know the scope of information that was released this was recent as of 2 weeks ago. My main concern is now why is the school district continuing to do business with this company? As of yesterday Kip Myers is claiming what can be seen is child's name, school, their gender, grade level, test scores, Not sure about the address. This information is dangerous to have out there we're trying to keep our children safe. Especially from Predators. So I really hope that the district doesn't think that this is something to just look the other way at and decides to discontinue any further business with illuminate education. Also I would like to know when there was going to be a parent meeting host being hosted by the district concerning Our children safety and informationI strongly urge parents to look this up online. And form your own opinions And realize the danger that the district has placed our children in our children across the nation. Lake elsinore unified school district should not continue any further business with this company.

I am an IT Technician for a middle school in Georgia. We have always used Illuminate and up until this current school year, we had very few problems with it.
However, since the beginning of this current school year (August 3, 2022) Illuminate has consistently and utterly failed their clients. Every day we have had multiple students unable to access illuminate by simply clicking on the app from their Google Launchpad. We are forced to clear browsing history, reset browser settings, turn off the UBlock app, and then, once stuednt portal is selected, we have to immediately hit the 'X' to stop the browser from taking them back to a log on screen. IF it ever goes to that log on screen, we have to start that process all over again. Soemtimes it takes going through this multiple times before getting to the portal without it jumping back to logon.

Our IT Administrators have reported this problem all year and the only answer they get is "tell the student to clear browsing history'...which alone does not work.

We as Technicians (as we have had this proble min all of our 85 schools) are honestly sick and tired of beating our heads against the wall.

I beg of you, PLEASE solve this issue so we don't have to seek a better application to use.

I am the math department chair at Antelope High School and your system has gone down for us during finals for two quarters in a row. I love Illuminate when it works, but failure at this critical time is a deal breaker and confidence is currently very low at our site. Please address this and make sure it doesn't happen again and I will be happy to change my review to reflect the potential I know your platform has.

Our minor had her personal information stolen on Illuminate's watch. We only recently received the notice for credit monitoring. To make matters worse, the letter was received after the deadline.

It's sad they made a bad situation worse and are doing the bare minimum to take [legal] ownership.
