They continuously send late payments to collections.....they use UNITED CONSUMER FINANCIAL TO SCAM AND RUIN YOUR CREDIT....RUN FOR THE HILLS...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...THEIR TACTICS ARE NOTHING SHORT OF DECEPTIVE...I got the model the gentleman was showing off so he could win a trip....so my vacuum was incomplete...missing everything...no remote, carpet washer...basically just 1 hose and an empty promise that everything would come in the mail....Nothing yet....and I pay all my bills this is the only negative remarks I have on an otherwise perfect credit report.......RUN...please do not buy....deception is at the center of this purchase.

They Hyla is fantastic! We have used ours daily since we've gotten it in our home. Our home is cleaner and even easier to clean with all if the Hyla arrangements over our previous devices. We love all of the scents that came with our Hyla! And Pete was such a pleasure to work with!

Was very impressed with the machine and presentation, The cost was the only reason I didn't purchase. I did only give 4 stars because of how long they were in my home, it ran into dinnertime and my evening family time.

Very disappointed by this company! I had someone show up at my door on October 19. The girl was extremely pushy as far as getting a sales person in my house. I allowed the sales person to come in. I wasn’t 100% sure on the purchase of the hyla, I actually told her no a few times, but then she kept coming up with different deals so I was talked into it. I called today a few weeks later wanting to return it because I’ve only used it one time. It’s just too big and bulky for me, and I have absolutely nowhere to store it. I want to return this but was told I only had 3 days that I could cancel. The sales rep said 30 days but today I was told the 30 days is going to be the first time for your payment.
I do not want this vacuum!

My vacuum was not picking up nothing but a little dirt so I called Hyla company left a message and the next day I received a call back someone named Bob told me what to try and sent me a video and my husband and myself unclogged the vacuum thanks Bob I love my hyla vacuum
