I'm so excited to have discovered Hudson Meal Co. Previously, I had ordered meal kits from one of the big meal kit companies but often found that shipping was delayed and thus food got wasted or that I didn't have the time to put into making the recipes. Ordering prepared meals from Hudson Meal Co. solved both of these issues. My meals always arrive on the day they are supposed to arrive and I don't have to do a lot of preparation - just heat them up. I also love that Hudson Meal Co meals are healthy, and that ingredients are sourced from local farms. (Bonus that they also use environmentally friendly packaging.) Happy to support a local company that in turn supports local farms and businesses. Highly recommend.

As a newish parent who still hasn’t quite figured out how to cook again at the end of the work day, I was delighted to find that Hudson Meal Co now delivers to my house. The food is fresh, delicious, and not excessively packaged. I will absolutely be ordering again!!

As someone who doesn't like to cook and who is often away HFC has been a lifesaver.
I know that that the meals will always be fresh, healthy and delicious. Knowing that the food is sourced locally adds to the quality of the meals.
The owner has been helpful and personable - it does make a difference knowing that there is a real person preparing the food (customer service is *****). The website has great pictures and delivery service excellent.
I am really happy to have found HFC. I am happy to have as part of my life in Hudson.

What a great local food business! We order from Hudson Meal Co. when we need a treat, after a busy week when we don’t feel like cooking ourselves. It’s like having a personal chef cook you a healthy yet flavorful meal! I love being able to sit down for a wonderful dinner — at home — without having a messy cleanup. Knowing that we have James’s meals to look forward to on the weekend means we spend less time stressing about the grocery shopping and the cooking, too.

Hudson Meal Co was a lifesaver for us... my wife and I had a baby last May, and we used HMC meals every week when we didn't have as much time and energy to cook for ourselves. We loved that the ingredients are all really carefully selected ... local, organic, no factory farmed meats... and the variety of meal selection was really strong. (The menu changes weekly.)

Compared to getting takeout where we could easily spend $25+ per person anyway, HMC saved us money and got us food we could feel good about eating.

Some of our favorites... all of the salmon dishes, Shepard's pie, baby back ribs, chicken katsu, pot roast, Italian eggplant balls, beef stew, .... honestly, it's all good. It's only been once or twice that we got something we didn't quite like, and James the chef has been super responsive to feedback.

Between these delicious ever changing chef prepared proteins, meals and sides and my local CSA share I have healthy easy to grab food at all times. I always said if I won the lottery I'd have a private chef, well I didn't need to win the lottery but I have my dream. Chef James makes such delicious meals to choose from with a super easy ordering system and affordable too. So happy this is accessible in my area. Thank you James and staff!
