Thanks to Holdaway’s, we were able to move on with our day with only a 15 minute hiccup. He was very nice and professional. He’s the one to call when you lock your keys in the ignition, running, lol, SMH.

What a Gentleman…we had a rather urgent situation and Mr Holdsway not only responded quickly and got me in the house so I could retrieve my car keys but helped me get the patient in the car

We had a issue with a door lock and called hurricane location and the help were there within 15 minutes. That was awesome and the job done in a professional way. Highly recommended. Thank you Holdaway' s lock & Alarm

On the way out the door to a meeting I locked my keys inside my house, so I called Holdaway's from a neighbor's phone. He assured me he would arrive within 10-15 minutes. 45 minutes later he still hadn't shown so I called again and he said he had to go to another job (he didn't give me the courtesy of calling to tell me). He was just going to let me wait another 45 minutes (1.5 hours total). So, I called Jensen Locksmithing. They were here in 10 minutes, and had my house unlocked within 2 minutes, and they were $5 cheaper.

I had a local lock smith come and try to open my toolbox and about 20 minutes of trying to get my box open he said it can't be opened without the key and charged me $100. So I called holdaway ten minutes after getting her he had my toolbox opened and a new key charging me less than the other "locksmith"
