Very hip and stylish multi-brand store. Love their Kith store-in-store and sneaker collections. However, their security is extremely intrusive to the point it makes browsing uncomfortable. The vibe and energy of the staff are unhelpful and suspicious. Perhaps they encounter many shoplifters given the coolness of their products? But it just means that the browsing experience is quite intimidating. If I wanted something, and I didn’t have time to visit the Manhattan store, I’ll reluctantly walk in here and head straight to the item I need. I wouldn’t linger and browse like I would at other stores. The shopping atmosphere is just deeply uncomfortable. Frankly I feel much better treated in Manhattan’s LV or Cartier store. They are also snotty high end luxury stores but manages to pull off a level of service and hospitality that Hirshleifers is unfortunately unable to.

Went to the Manhasset location there was a SA with a cowboy hat on short that attempted to help me today but his customer service was horrible. I would ask him a question and he had short answers not even making eye contact with me. Everything I asked was a NO!!! I even asked him if this store had a website he actually said NO of course there’s a website most reataileea have a website. Attempted to buy a not so cheap red bottoms and I just dropped them left them there and said good bye I rather purchase them elsewhere and I did I just purchased them from Nieman Marcus. Don’t think his customer service ethics belongs in that store…if I could give it a zero I would have.

Have never been disappointed with the unique finds that I walk away with. No other luxury retailer like them - they're truly a specialty luxury shop. Their mix of brands and items and the knowledgeable team at the store make for a worthwhile visit to shop - I still make the trek from NYC.

I absolutely love this store! The only thing that outshines the stunning design of this space (I feel like I’m in a modern design musuem!) and the constantly evolving collection of designers, is the hospitality that their staff displays. I am made to feel special every time I shop there. I am always happy that I can support a family business with a total commitement to excellence. (Oh, and now they have Young’s Farm?! Unreal.)
