'm writing this review to warn fellow healthcare professionals and anyone needing secure HIPAA-compliant hosting to steer clear of HIPAA Vault. My experience with them has been a nightmare of technical failures, uncommunicative support, and reckless actions that endangered patient data.

Repeated Applications Downtimes: My primary complaint is the unacceptable frequency of outages. My application has been shut down three times due to alleged "errors and issues" on their end, completely crippling my operations and jeopardizing patient data. Each time, this occurred without prior notification or explanation, leaving me scrambling to understand and rectify the situation.

Nonexistent Communication: When I attempted to get answers from their customer support, I was met with frustratingly slow response times, unhelpful generic troubleshooting steps, and ultimately, silence. My escalation to the CEO yielded no better results, further solidifying my sense of helplessness and disappointment.

Reckless Shutdown Policies: The most egregious issue is their dismissive and reckless approach to resolving technical problems. Instead of proactively working with me to identify and fix the underlying issues, they simply pulled the plug on my application without warning, putting patient data at significant risk. This lack of concern for both business continuity and data security is inexcusable.

The quoted price rarely reflects the final cost, leading to unpleasant surprises upon receiving the invoice.
