I have a 2023 Kia K5, called Hi Tech and the guy that I was talking to on the phone doesn’t understand, lack poor customer service & overall rude. They are over charging me over 1K just to have my windshield replaced and it’s ridiculous! Thankfully I went to Draper’s Glass and paid an affordable amount.

Amazing service, we drove up a few min after opening and they were able to get our truck a new windshield in just under 2 hours. They even vacuumed up the glass as best they could.

Had huge crawling crack on front windshield was a good hour wait. 45 minutes for service and a ten minute wait to ensure window bonded and sealed before leaving. Took off my oil service sticker and they even restuck it back to the new windshield. It’s little things like this that make a good company.

When I found them online it was a rebate and a dinner. I also scheduled a rear.window seal replacement. No rebate given ! And no rear seal done..when I called about seal I got the run around and was to be done Monday, another day of waiting 4 hour window. No show. So I called a few times and no answer till Tuesday, asked what happened monday. Bla bla... insurance stuff N other nonsense. I reminded her I was paying out of pocket for seal. Then asked about rebate was told they Zelle it but instead of the 140 I was quoted, Now it was 70 because I never asked about it. Which I did .. its why I called them..says up to 450 online. Regardless... never received the 70. Called again was told she was walking straight to her boss and get that taken care of. Still no $$ sent. And no rear seal done..they want me to do an insurance claim for it. Then they will give me the other 70. . I'd do zero star if I could. The seal in front window is about half the size of original one so its now a big weird gap. Problem all wrong. Oh! Funny addition..the lady was bragging about how her guy was good and been here 15 years doing windshields. No English at all and was asking my roofers about a job. What a joke ? I would not recommend and I now need to get another company to redo their work. Oh! Also used cheapest glass. Not BMW glass quality.

I would put a lower star but cant. I called for a quote and the guy on the phone was rude. I was nothing but polite. I asked for a quote and when I told them im calling around they spoke rudely to me and hung up angrily.

WORD OF ADVICE: If you don't like people or your job maybe you shouldn't be working at a place that deals with people or at a job you hate.

Ordered glass with owner's wife, next day dropped off vehicle. Owner telling me that price is wrong, request to pay a higher fee. Nope, not our fault.
