John and his team were a huge help with my custom PC build. They handled everything from installing Windows 11 to setting up the BIOS, and they made sure everything was running smoothly. After that, I brought them another PC to fix, and they did a fantastic job with that too. Both computers are working perfectly now. Highly recommend hav-a-tech for computer needs! Brought my sons pc when it wasn’t working properly and they got back to me right away with the problems and helped me set up a payment plan to fix it so my son wouldn’t be without a computer for awhile. Came in with a rather different issue on my laptop.
My systems has 3 ssd drives, the primary system turned out to have failed, the secondary systems disk had intermittent errors, the third was a data disk which was ok.
The system would boot but users profile service threw an error when in reality the primary sdd system drive was not just corrupted but had failed.
John diagnosed the true issue brought the system back to life

My Wife's phone was unresponsive. It was like a teenage daughter, ignoring the simplest requests. The individual there reset her phone in just a couple of minutes and refused payment. I asked if I could bring the daughter in for a reset. In any event, I highly recommend

Hav-A-Tech is an incredible place to get all the help you could need. This is an amazing business, with incredible service and expertise that comes from years of working directly with different products. You will find that John is honest, hard-working, and extremely ethical. His service on my old laptop and getting me set up on a new one was above and beyond what I had expected. He took time to explain the situation with my old laptop, which was beyond usefulness for my needs. He then took the time to sit with me to help me understand better how to use my new laptop, and was extremely patient in ensuring I was able to use the tools I needed. Even though he had multiple customers come and go while I was there, he never made me feel like I was keeping him from something more important but rather made me feel like I was the only one that needed his time. Not only was he helpful, but he was respectful (not condescending), patient, and made the process seem simple.
