DAVID BEAT GOLIATH (SAMSUNG)!!! Best TV Repair Service hands down!!!

I WAS SO PLEASED, I TIPPED ON TOP OF THE SERVICE CHARGE!!!

David was on time and had my TV repaired in less than 15 min…probably less than 10 min!
I had 2 Samsung TV’s that needed repairing and I should have contacted David 1st!

Instead, I regretfully, I contacted Samsung’s (official) TV repair service to fix the 1st TV. They were never able to fix it because the replacement parts they brought with them were defective. It took them 2 weeks before they let me know they weren’t able to fix it at all.
Mind you, I contacted Samsung’s Customer Service on 2/2/25 and they finally gave up and refunded my money for the 1st TV on yesterday, 3/12/25.
I contacted Hart TV repair to fix my 2nd TV on Tuesday, 3/10/25 and like I said, David was here 2 days later & fixed my TV in under 10 minutes.
Samsung is a giant company and is expected to have an efficient repair service, David & Hart TV Repair “killed the competition!!!

David provides mobile TV repair at your home/business. Our TV provided lots of issues for him and he never gave up. He was able to repair it and saved us from buying a new TV, which was greatly appreciated! He is professional, polite and very knowledgeable. David replaced the main board on my Sony Bravia XBR 65Z9D after lightning killed my it. His price for the job was fair and the part came in a reasonable time. I'd definitely recommend him and will gladly use him again if needed.

Called a repair shop back in mid March to repair my Sony Bravia 65" TV. They gave me the run around for almost two months before I decided to look for other places in my area. I was able to come into contact with Mr. Clem Friday Apr. 28, 2023. I told him everything that was going on with the TV over the phone, and he told me that he would arrive the next morning for the diagnosis. He was very punctual, arriving that next morning within the time frame that he had stated. His attitude throughout the process was friendly and respectful. He is also very knowledgeable in his craft. He determined that the main board in the TV had gone bad. After the diagnosis, I paid him the 60 dollar fee for coming out and he told me that he would have the part by sometime that next week. The part arrived that Monday, and Clem made sure to notify me as soon as it was available. After hanging up the phone with him, he was out to install the part on that same evening. My TV has been working flawlessly so far and he did the work much faster and for far less than what the original repair company I contacted had quoted me. He also gave me a 3 month warranty if anything were to go wrong. I can say that I'm extremely impressed with Clem’s work. Satisfied customer, 10/10 would recommend!

I called Hart TV repair based on the quality of service of the previous owner. Clem assumed this business and unfortunately has not delivered the same level of credibility and professionalism. He took my TV to repair led backlights. Brought it back semi-repaired and said the part I needed for a full repair was not available. Two weeks later the tv was worse than before the repair. He agreed to refund me $100 and never did. Clem also offered a warranty that isn't worth anything. He stopped responding to my calls and texts. A shame when you try to support a small black-owned business and get scammed. Although this is his side hustle, I expected more. I don't recommend supporting this business.

Update: Clem called to apologize a few weeks ago and refunded me $100.
