My place to go when I'm in need of tools of some kind. Staff is always friendly and willing to help when needed. What I was in need of wasn't on the shelf and asked when the shipment was coming in. She (being the one with a brace) checked the system and found 15pc had come in the night before. She had then taken the time to find the product. If only all your locations and staff were this hospitable. My thumbs up ? to this woman.

Two employees up front holding casual conversation I need help looking for an engine stand instead of walking me back to find what I was looking for he just pointed me in the direction, sadly I did not find what I was looking for, on my way out he had the nerve to say you didn't see it.. I'll spend my money where I'm appreciated harbor freight in Northport

I may be biased as an employee, but the store is always kept very clean and the workers are super happy to help. I’ve never been to a Harbor Freight location as great as this one. If you need tools on a budget, come here
