I had a service appointment set for between 1 & 5 pm. They were supposed to call the day before, they did not. They were supposed to call the day of to confirm, they did not. I started calling them the day of at 8:30 a.m. to confirm for myself that someone was coming, no answer. Left a message. I did this 7 more times throughout the day, no call back. It's now 6:30 p.m. and no one has shown up or called. I waited 4 day's for the appointment and took a day off work. Needless to say, I do not recommend this company. I have called a different company to service my dryer.

If I could leave no stars I would. Had 2 appointments scheduled. Didn’t show up for either one. No call or texts. When I tried calling, I got a recording that said no one was answering phones due to staffing issue. This company was referred from GE to service my fridge. Called GE back and they scheduled me with someone that called me back the next day to verify appointment. Do not do business with this company. It’s a waste of time, especially if you’re taking off work.

Was scheduled for an appointment to fix dishwasher. After scheduling time away from work and waiting almost three hours for the tech to show up, I called to inquire on when the tech may show up and was told he was at a training event and there was zero chance he would be coming. I rescheduled for a week later and on the day of the rescheduled appt, I was told the tech wasn't in the area and that I'd need to reschedule again.

I had an appointment through Electrolux for Guru Groups to come out and fix a new dryer. Their time frame was between 12 and 5pm so I made arrangements to be home and Guru Groups was a no show. No show, no call, no email, no update at all; just a waste of my time.

Terrible customer service, no human to answer the phone. Said they would schedule an apointment in 72 hours they didnt. Called manafacturer to schedule, they did, but guru no showed. How do you operate a business when customers are. Kt important to you?
