I've been ordering from Great Originals for business purposes for almost two years now. Print jobs are always done on time, usually faster than expected. Staff is helpful and quick to answer questions, and in the very rare event that there is an error on a job, the problem always gets solved fairly and quickly. The physical proof process is painless, and they have almost always been able to adjust the order pickup/delivery process according to my schedule. I've ordered countless postcard mail-outs, business cards, and other various print jobs and will continue to do so through Great Originals.
