Very disappointed by a glitch in the software which has meant the granite bay team have been unable to supply me with a keychain that does not include watermarking on my timelapse footage. despite countless emails requesting customer service, then later a refund due them being unable to fix the issue, granite bay software have done nothing. I paid them $92 for software that is unusable to me because of their 'rare glitch in the sotware, that sometimes happens, and we have no idea why?'.... really disappointing that they wouldnt at least refund me so I dont have to write negative things on their facebook. terrible business ethics.
