Jerry from GoToComputing is great. He purchased the equipment for us and set up our entire computer system when my husband decided to close his office and bring his Psychological practice home to do telehealth. Jerry is very knowledgeable and looked to set us up in the best way possible for us. He is always a phone call away and very helpful with any problems we have had. I'm not very tech savvy and Jerry is very patient when explaining information to me. He will remote into our computers to troubleshoot problems and fix issues that we have come up with. I feel Jerry has gone over and above for us.
