I have spent most of my adult life inspecting other people’s work and there is no better crew than the generator installation guys at Gen Tech. Their workmanship is impeccable and they were polite professional and knowledgeable in their craft. You can shop around and maybe pay less but you will get what you pay for! Frank the owner came out for my estimate. Frank is not a salesman, he just explained my options and gave what I believe was a fair estimate. Amy in the office was on top of everything from the warranty, registration to the financing, everything went very smooth because her efforts. The install crew was fast and professional. I had a minor glitch with my system Gentech was quick to make sure everything was correct, Matt took care of the situation without complaint or excuses. After meeting Frank for the estimate I knew I wanted to do business with Gentech, even though we had a minor glitch I would recommend them anyone interested in a generator install.

If you are looking for a company to do your generator install - stop looking. Gen-tech was amazing from start to finish. The office manager Amy was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions. The install team was friendly and thorough. I've had mine for a year now and it provides incredible peace of mind. One of my best purchases ever.

Update: I've had my generator for several years now and Gen-Tech still impresses. They come out every year to do a maintenance check and they are always responsive if I have questions or concerns. Highly recommended!

We just had Gen-Tech install our generator and do a 200 amp service upgrade on our house. We worked with Frank for the quote, Amy in the front office, and four of their installers did the work for us. Everyone was happy, friendly, and knowledgeable. The work crew showed up right on time and did a fantastic job. To me it is the little things, they caulked and sealed things perfectly, went above and beyond in a few spots, and left a very clean work site at the end of the day. The entire install went great.
