If I could give 0 stars I would. This company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life. I have gone to a store in person, called their phone number 3 times, and sent 3 emails online to try and GET AN ONLINE ACCOUNT SET UP. Apparently it is impossible somehow for an INTERNET COMPANY to give their customers online account access. I have been told 3 times that they have sent me an email inviting me to create my online account (still haven't received said emails) and have received automated responses saying that someone will be in touch with me within 1 business day......it has now been 8 business days with NO CONTACT.

The only reason this company is still in business is because most of Alaska HAS NO OTHER OPTION.

GCI, do yourselves a favor, please sell out to an actual functioning company like Comcast or AT&T. At least they know how to treat their customers. Oh, and have an IQ larger than a grasshopper's.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I've called over 15 times to get my internet fixed and nothing. Techs won't show up and the women who works in the store takes 1 hour for every customer. Most incompetent worker I have ever seen. Unfortunately they are the only option for internet here
