Went here to handle a package for one of my customers lady at front desk was very sweet, but Robin on the other hand very rude, stand-offish and non welcoming. I’m from Warner Robins and was just trying to support a local small business but after a encounter with Robin I wouldn’t step foot back in the parking lot let alone spend my money. Recommend using anybody but this business.

This 1927 established business is still going strong; WHY?... Because the associates are so very friendly, patient, and helpful! During our visit they were helping a potential customer via telephone with placing an order. The associate kindly gave the caller so much useful information to protect the customer's project. Now that's what I call going above and beyond the call of duty...that's a real humanitarian!

Fast service and invitations looked great. But was told one thing on what they charge over the phone. Once it was time to pick order up and pay it was totally different story on what they charge. Didn't stand behind what they originally told me. Customer service is very important which is not a quality they have.
