I asked if they had any Xbox 1s refurbished lady on phone started giving me Xbox 1s/x prices so I had said I was meant the last generation consoles and she gave so much attitude saying she’s knows what I said well firstly if you know I said then answer the question and secondly don’t get attitude when I’m asking a simple question i instantly hung up because that’s uncalled for it was simple and needed a simple answer the attitude and unnecessary rudeness was uncalled for. Frankly going to different GameStop or not or a third party retailer. Disappointed, and disgusted with the unprofessionalism. Do better.

Do not buy used stuff from these guys, I bought a supposed refurbished Wii U and I had gash marks from screw drivers on it, deep scratches covered up with tape and a cheap knock off power supply that randomly turns off. I will never buy anything from Game Stop again, Amazon is my new best friend.

Great service from the store manager. I was new to the Nintendo Switch world (quick story I had won one out of a key master arcade game.) and he helped my family and I out on what we needed for it.

Meh, I feel like no matter what GameStop I’m at the employees are always slightly rude and very lazy. I feel like customers who are trading in or selling a Console with multiple games and controllers should have to wait until all customers who are actively in line are dealt with. This chick could have easily slid over to the register next to hers and checked out myself, and the seven people behind me within about five minutes and slide right back over to the register she was checking every single one of these peoples games and controllers on the console that they brought. I know the world doesn’t revolve around me, but I also know that I am a very courteous man. That would’ve been the courteous thing to do and when I brought it up to her she made it seem like it would’ve been a whole lot of work when in reality, it would not have been at all (lazy)

Wonderful customer service today! My son's switch stopped working last night and thankfully they were able to trade it in for a new one with the warranty I purchased. Awesome knowledgeable employees who were just as excited to help my son as my son was to get a new switch

2nd time we've come here and they've been closed when the store said open. Today got here about 1 pm and there was a sign saying "be back in 15 minutes". OK, cool. Went to Walmart, came back at 2:15 to find another sign saying "be back in 30 minutes".

Used to be really good, then they fired the awesome employees that made it fun going in. They had a manager, Kyle, who was always fun to talk to and made these big plans for the new pokemon game and there was going to be snacks, a raffle and basically a party like the days of old. But now I am sitting in my car along with about 20 other cars, the store is closed and we're waiting for it to open. I even called out of work for this and put my Thanksgiving travel on hold to get even a small taste of the old days. Thanks Gamestop...not
