I would like to start off saying that Bill and Gail are a great team. Had a problem with a 20-amp breaker suddenly popping. Called to make an appointment and rather than the two week wait or no response whatsoever, Bill was able to make time that afternoon. I described the problem and rather than just immediately diagnosing the problem, Bill took the time to visually check the interiors of all the outlets affected, then go to the panel and tighten every connection to verify that a “small” thing might be the issue. When he finished his maintenance check, the circuit was back online running less than 17.5 amps and ready to go. We decided to replace the 20 amp just to sure. Responsive, quality professional, fair pricing. Would not hesitate to recommend them rather than another electrical shop located in Snowflake.

Bill replaced our panel and ran some additional wiring we needed. The work was perfect, he was very friendly and professional, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be calling again if I have any electrical issues, and I would recommend GailForce Electric in a heartbeat. Thanks Bill

Bill with GailForce Electric is the man! I literally searched over two dozen electricians within a two hour radius from where I'm located and they all either didn't answer their phones, were too occupied with commercial projects, booked out for months, or were unwilling to put in a little travel. Bill is very professional. He switched out a dozen wall outlets, two ceiling fans, and two light fixtures. He also fixed some of the wiring that was giving us issues. I highly recommend his business.

I was calling around trying to find an electrician for our Church on The Navajo Nation. GailForce Electric said it would take a couple days before they could help. I found the problem that day & didn't need their help. My point is from the time they answered the ph to the owner calling me back like his wife said he would was nothing but professional. You don't see these kinds of businesses much now days. The 5 Stars are for the owners because they know how to run their business & this shows me they know what their doing. I will call them if I need an electrician & I would highly recommend them.

A rare breed on the mountain. Honest, quality work. We highly recommended Gail Force Electric. Hooked up our mini split AC unit for us. Showed up right away for an estimate and worked our small job into his schedule the following day. A true professional.

Love gailforce they were fantastic were able to fit me in on short notice eve though I know they were busy William showed up when he said he would and was.very professional hetook his time to.check things out Even stuff he didn't work on making sure things were tight. I highly recommend them excellent company
