Surprise surprise, I am here again. Once again Frontier has knocked out my wifi without a heads up and then say a technician cannot come out for multiple days. This morning at 8:45am a technician was out in my yard messing with cables. My wifi went out and I told the man to fix it as I was not having any issues until he started messing with it. He got in his work truck and left. After 2 separate calls to frontier and having to talk to the manager I was told they could not have someone come out until Wednesday at the earliest. My wife and I both need our wifi as we work remote from home. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will be swapping companies after this month is up. This is the 4th time this year i have had this happen. They are a horrible company and I would leave zero stars if i could.

Internet is down more than it is on. So many issues and the contracted employees are terrible and do not care about the damage they do to water lines or other internet service provider lines. Their employees cannot read English because they consistently ring my doorbell to try and sell their terrible service even though I have multiple "no soliciting" signs on my property.

I switched to Frontier for better service and gosh did I make a mistake. I have had more outages in the three months with this service then I have had them. I work from home and this is so frustrating. Don’t sell service you can not provide.

Are you guys still in business? Are there any employees left other than on the phones and chats? What a joke. You guys have left me speechless with how ignorant you are and with how poor you handle customers with issues. No call no show tech appointments for 5 days in a row. The scripted phone calls and chats with all the same apologies and responses show that your people on the other end don't have a clue what they are talking about. You guys have let your fiber cable to my house hang in the street for traffic to run into for a week now despite it being reported multiple times a day by multiple people. I've never seen such garbage out of a service provider

They are good at setting up auto pay. They need to put a scent on their signal bacause there is no way to tell if it's working or not. Service sucks all the same. My phones do not work any better with it than without.
