We spoke to Marco Castro in Sales before we arrived. He met us as agreed and we were able to drive the Blazer EV we were interested in without the hassle that we've experienced at multiple other dealerships ("give me your license, insurance, fill out this form, etc."). When we found some dings and scratches on the car, he was helpful in finding another vehicle that met our requirements that didn't have the dings.

We decided to lease the vehicle and went home because it was late on Friday night, we were tired and the wait for Finance was long - we agreed to return on Saturday morning. That delay allowed me to do a bit of research and we decided we wanted to buy the car instead. I called Marco on Saturday morning to let him know (1) we were on our way, and (2) that we wanted to take a look at some numbers and probably purchase the Blazer EV instead. He was kind and helpful and was ready for us when we arrived. I researched some additional rebates/discounts and Marco was able to make it happen. We bought the car!

We left feeling good about the deal and the vehicle and Friendly Chevrolet. Marco and Ramon and Steve and the others we interacted with were professional and not pushy. Friendly is not around the corner for us - we live in Arlington so it's about 25 miles to the dealership and there are several Chevy dealerships between Arlington and Dallas. My experience at Friendly was not at all like the experiences I've had at other Chevy dealers - it was MUCH better! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marco and the team at Friendly Chevrolet if you're interested in purchasing a vehicle.

We drove 5 hrs to come look at vehicle. They had it all ready for me to test drive. We ended up not wanting that particular car. The vehicle we did decide on. They worked very hard to get us a deal that was what we wanted. Unfortunately the car we decided on was not at the lot. In was in transit. So we put down a deposit to hold the car for when it arrived. Then me and my family drove 5hrs home. The next day get a phone call that my car arrived that morning. Now I could have waited a couple days to get my car. Especially since it’s a 5hr drive to get it. But me and my husband decided to just go get the car. We didn’t want to wait. So we told them we would be coming back. They knew we had a long drive. When we got there the car was all rest to go. The finance guy was on top of it. He had all the paperwork ready and it was a very seamless transaction. From paperwork to getting the keys to my new car and handing over my keys for my trade.They made the two days of driving worth it. So I definitely think if you are in the market for a Chevrolet. I definitely recommend Friendly Chevrolet. I also highly recommend it be Traverse.

Sergio was my sales consultant and he was absolutely amazing ! Truly best experience I’ve had from the moment I spoke to Sergio on the phone and he was able to get a deal worked up before I even came into the dealership , to the moment I drove off the lot with my new Chevy Trax ! I am thoroughly satisfied , I’ve been telling everyone how great the dealership and everyone I dealt with was ! Everyone honestly upheld the standard of Friendly Chevrolet , and I just can’t shout out Sergio enough , he made the process as smooth as possible and was able to work with my hectic schedule so I truly appreciate everything Friendly Chevrolet was able to do for me !

I recently became the proud owner of a Chevy Silverado ZR2 and was excited to install some new accessories. I chose Friendly Chevrolet based on their positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that reputation. This was my first and will certainly be my last visit to this dealership.

I purchased accessories through the Chevy app, which included installation fees. Once the items arrived, I simply needed to bring in my truck—at least, that’s what I thought. Initially, I spoke with Cindy, who was incredibly helpful and kind. However, on the day of my appointment, she was unavailable, and I was assigned to Alejandra. This is where everything went downhill.

I specifically requested that the original decal on the grille remain untouched while installing the black ZR2 decals. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and it quickly became clear that Alejandra was either not listening or not interested in my concerns. Frustrated, she took my keys without much acknowledgment. I had a bad feeling, and unfortunately, it was justified.

Later, Alejandra called to inform me that my truck was ready—but also mentioned that the service gate had closed on the vehicle while she was driving it, causing damage to the wheel. She then casually asked if I wanted to replace it. Given that my truck was only a few weeks old and each wheel costs $900, this was not a question—it was an obvious expectation that the dealership should make it right.

Upon pickup, there was no proper walkthrough of the installed accessories; I had to inspect everything myself. Not only was the wheel damaged, but my rear driver-side window had a noticeable scratch—despite having recently been tinted. When I pointed this out, Alejandra asked if my tint was under warranty, as if I should be responsible for fixing the damage they caused.

To make matters worse, despite my repeated instructions, the original grille decal had been removed and replaced. It was clear that my requests had been ignored entirely.

Another major concern: I have a VanTrue dash cam installed in my truck. When I attempted to review the footage from the time my vehicle was at the dealership, I discovered that footage from that timeframe was mysteriously missing. I am currently working on recovering those files.

This experience was completely unacceptable. A dealership should be a place of trust, especially when handling new vehicles. Instead, I was met with carelessness, poor communication, and a complete disregard for my requests and my property. I will not be returning to Friendly Chevrolet and strongly advise others to be cautious—especially if dealing with Alejandra.

While I remain a proud ZR2 owner, I will take my business elsewhere to professionals who listen, respect their customers, and take care of the vehicles entrusted to them.

I took my Chevy Malibu here after my car was hit in the back. Their customer service was excellent on the phone and in person. They kept me updated on the status of my car and answered all my questions. I was really concerned about getting original parts back on my car. David in collisions was really helpful. I felt as though

Purchased a car today and it was a great experience. Leonardo & the team were fantastic! From the moment I drove onto the lot I was greeted and they were courteous the entire time. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of support I’ve received regarding the issues with my Chevy Silverado EV. After spending nearly $100,000 on this vehicle, I expected much higher standards for both quality and customer service.

On 9/22, the emblem on my Silverado EV flew off. Then on 10/11, the bed cover detached from the base. These are clear defects in workmanship for a vehicle at this price point. I immediately raised these concerns with the service manager and someone from the resolution team, but as of today, there’s been no resolution or even meaningful communication.

It’s beyond frustrating to see such negligence for basic issues with a flagship vehicle. I expected Chevrolet to stand behind their product, but instead, I’ve been met with silence and zero accountability. This experience has left me questioning if this was the right choice for such a significant investment.

I urge Chevrolet to take these matters seriously and fix these glaring issues, not just for me but for anyone who places trust in your brand. Your customers deserve better.

Friendly Chevrolet is one of the best dealerships that I have ever visited! From being greeted walking in (by Reyna) to buying a car off the show room floor (Fred Smith and Jimmy Scales)!
