I had issues with the system and got rid of it just about 2 years ago. I did not cancel it in writing in the correct way so they left it on auto renewal for that whole time. I called to get that cancelled and tried to get some of the funds returned. they sighted the initial contract from 6 years ago that it had to be cancelled in such a way so they would not refund anything. Only start a cancelation,However long that takes. Most places would work with you in this situation for a portion of the unused time with zero activity.
I also cancelled it because I could not get the system to work constantly for me.

We have had many tracking companies over the years with out ANY probelms ever. We have 12 trackers and the they work when they want. I email FTS with issues weekly. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS.
UPDATE
PROBELMS STILL ARRISE ALL THE TIME, THE MOST RECENT TRUCK HAS BEEN DOWN FOR OVER A WEEK AND A HALF. FTS SENT ME THIS.

We were unable to fix the issue over the air, and after consulting this with our engineering team we’ve concluded that the device needs to be replaced.

Unfortunately, this device is no longer covered by the warranty, and this would have to be a paid replacement.

Forward Thinking / Road Warrior has been behind me for approximately 12 yrs combined as a company driver and recently as an owner operator.
The personal attention, diligence, and commitment to do what is necessary for compliance is and always has been top notch!
When it came time for an audit from the FMCSA they were there and came through to the satisfaction of the auditor and the requirements of an ELD supplier, monitor, and managing DOT regulations. Thank you Road Warrior/Forward Thinking and before I go tonight after following your instructions I was able to easily update my ELD.

A medium, but loyal company, both to their clients and their employees; and they're growing fast because of this. Full disclosure, I am recently an employee of this company. But I worked along side this company while being employed by another company in the same building. The people running the show there are VERY smart and their work ethic is hardcore. If you need Fleet Management Solutions, at least give them a call and hear out what upper management has to say. Humble yet bleeding edge. They will only get better and better. They have the resources of a giant corporation with the personal touch of a caring family ran store. They make me proud to work there when I hear how they talk about how important customers are and how hard they work to keep things running smooth for them (like...waking up at 3am to fix something!).

2 of the 5 GPS units we have for our fleet have not worked since Day 1. It's been almost a year that we've been going back & forth with them to get the units replaced. They sent us new units but we are unable to change them out ourselves, so I've been requesting for them to send a tech out to install them. They emailed me today & said we can either pay$250 for them to come replace them or get charged $700 for the old units that we haven't sent back yet because we can't get them out of the vehicles. Ridiculous & not helpful. Would not recommend.

Hi i am filling class action lawsuit against them and against Time payment corp and looking for more people to join us . This company has predatory contracts and do not stand behind they product and forcing companies to pay double payments !!!! Contact Andrex logistics and lets put those scammers out of business !!!!!!Most of good reviews are from company emploees or their friends !!!!

Stay Away go with Verizon Connect.
Went through multiple of their systems and they would not work..either not compliant or kept needing updates that required the driver to pull out and connect to Wifi to do. customer service is in a eastern european contry and they are worthless to fix problems...when you cancel because you have to move to another system to be compliant they will send you to collection
