Had a lovely conversation and got an acceptable quote. Showed up with no appointment and left upset with me for wasting a trip even though Louis was given all the info necessary to complete the job in my absence. No communication skills and very quick to get frustrated.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. He comes out to our property for a perc test and would not complete said test because of the “briars”. I thought soil scientist worked in the woods with, well, soil. But, apparently not this company. So, If you need a soil test anywhere other than in Atlanta where there aren’t any trees, don’t call this guy.

Lastly, if you have any concern about anything he may think you are being hostile for asking a question. Just a heads up. He walked away from us after checking our land and stated, literally, “I’m not doing this, too many briars.”

Very alarming. You get what you pay for, I would pay the extra money for a more promising experience.
