I would give this place zero stars. They always want to try to make up excuses and reasons not to allow the kids to come. The kids come home ready to devour everything in the house, and they're always complaining about the teachers being mean to them and that they don't want to go back. At a previous program, they loved the school and the teachers. I'm officially switching their school. When I told my kids this, they legitimately CHEERED. I plan to make a few phone calls and sue this place. Don't send your kids here. They also like to make up wild, false reports to CPS to harass parents of kids they don't like.

I've had the worst experience with Focus. On the first day of school they forgot to come get my son. Everytime he gets off the bus he's always hungry and thirsty like he dont eat at school, the bus doesn't come get him all the time, it's always some excuse. On top of it all he usually makes it home at 3 or 3:30, they dropped him off at 2:45 and gave him to my neighbor because she said she knew me well, they didn't call me and say anything. They could've took him back to the school and called me or something. Now I'm frustrated cause I know I cant really show them how I feel cause other kids are there all I can do is try to stay calm and talk because of the safety of my child. But enough is most definitely enough. I might just Sue them
