Horrible - If you like to waste your time and be cancelled over and over with them taking no responsibility or empathy - set up with them and get ready for excuse after excuse.

I was asked to be part of a study. They set up and then cancelled about an hour before I was to come in FOUR TIMES.

Always with some excuse. The last time was the best excuse that they are short staffed and should have reached out to me on a Friday for a Monday appointment. They did reach out to me on the Friday to confirm.

Very kind and courteous staff, easy process to get into a study. They even provide Lyfts at no cost so transportation is not a barrier! They pay super well too.

I Went to the clinic and yes they took me in right away . I answered all questions, however I didn’t qualify getting blood work which it would determine if I carry getting it. The gentleman said someone will out to me and she did. She left me a voicemail and asked me if I was interested trying medication , ok wait that makes no sense. They rather have me take medication then do a simple blood work.

I’ve participated in two studies at GLCT. The first was at the Andersonville location where I went through the screening process and many hours of testing that I was never compensated for even though I was approved to participate in the study. They kept opening and closing enrollment so I was never able to schedule my dosing appointment and would have had to go through the testing again so I decided not to participate. Then I was recruited to participate in a study at the new ravenswood location. The study was supposed to be over a year long but was just ended early. There are a few great people I interacted with at the ravenswood location however it seems like they had a very high turnover rate so communication was not good. I would get contradicting messages depending on who I spoke with. I’ve only ever done these two clinical trials so I don’t have much to compare it to but I was not pleased with how the trials were conducted.

These people literally cancelled on me right before my appointment for the shingles study . I was one hour and one train stop away before they cancelled on me . I even left work early . Don't you ever call me for another study . Very unprofessional .

My wife is participating in one of the trials and had her first infusion today. The staff could not have been more friendly and concerned for both of our comfort. Walter and Basha made the whole experience very positive and also explained each thing they did. Stacey and Amanda who helped set up this process were also very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
