Not a wait time. Dr. Sajjad took wonderful time with me. When having my blood drawn, didn’t even feel it. Office staff was very pleasant even though I was running late.

Dr. Monique Sajjad is one of the best doctors I ever had. She is caring, friendly and super knowledgeable. She has a sweet demeanor and always take her time to explain everything regarding my condition and treatment plan. I'll recommend her to anybody looking for a great Hematologist.

The front desk is very pleasant. When I went to have my blood pressure taken the medical assistant used an automatic blood pressure cuff. It started to tighten, so much so that it hurt and turned my hand blue. She asked if I wanted her to stop it. She should’ve been alarmed that it was tightening so much that it hurt Should’ve stopped in on her own. She then used another blood pressure cuff, also automatic, and it did the same thing. it indicated my blood pressure high, which was not accurate. She did not apologize or have any sympathy, but just lead me to the office to see the doctor. My arm hurt for about an hour afterwards. It was not pleasant.

I had never been sent to a hematologist before and it seemed ominous!
Dr Kerry Chamberlain changed my entire opinion and I actually looked forward to our visits. He is SMART along with caring, funny (!) and thorough! Thank you very much FCS and Dr Chamberlain, for being such a great doctor.
