Just like many of the one star reviews you see here, it looks as if we are not the only ones who couldn't access the hard earned funds that we fundraised through the Flipcause website. Like many people here, we couldn't get our funds for two months! They kept telling us 7-10 business days and that is a lie. I have repeatedly tried to email and call and chat and they never have anyone that can talk to you. I tried to contact management and they always know how to pass you off to someone else who can't help you or they just don't return your emails and phone calls. As a nonprofit, keeping accurate bookkeeping records is crucial and that is why we invested into this website so we didn't have to worry about that part. Well, now our books are all messed up due to our funds getting deposited months after which took us into the next fiscal year. I recommend picking another platform if you want your fundraising money in your bank in time.

Extremely Disappointed with Flipcause

Our experience with Flipcause has been extremely frustrating. We have tried multiple attempts via emails, help, customer service support, to find out 1) where our requested funds are which we received from public donations, and 2) why we’ve not received them from request made in Dec24 and Jan25? We can’t get anyone on the phone and we continue to receive the same response, allow 7-10 days despite receiving emails that included a transfer ID.

This delay impacts our nonprofit, which depends on these funds to support our mission to provide a voice for abused and neglected children. I’d also like to add that there was no delay in Flipcause receiving our subscription fee. I’m just very disappointed.

I totally agree with Tariq, the lack of transparency and accountability raises serious concerns about how they handle charitable donations. If you're considering Flipcause, we strongly recommend exploring other platforms to avoid similar issues. Nonprofits deserve reliable partners, and unfortunately, Flipcause has not met that expectation.

We have ceased having donations go through Flipcause platform. Our next step is the California Secretary of State.

Normally I have liked working with this company. The end of last week I was very upset because our money transfer from the end of Dec 2024 had still not hit our account and I was not getting any answers regarding this issue from them. Finally Friday they did respond and said this, "Our Leadership team is working closely with our ACH partner to expedite bank transfer processing, ensuring a smoother experience for you moving forward. We are in the final stages of implementing this solution, and we are confident that transfer times will soon be restored to their usual speed and reliability". The told me the money would arrive by today and it is now finally to our bank account. The delays are problematic to small non-profits who need these funds to pay bills but hopefully it will get better and everyone will get their money soon. I finally got a response / help from this email [email protected] so maybe try this email if you are still having problems.

Flipcause has done a full 180 on their support. Poor response times, no phone support, and holding funds for months on end with awful follow-up when you attempt to chat with their 3rd party chat agents. As a company that has used Flipcause as a service provider for over 5 years, we will advise clients to consider other platforms moving forward.

Other platforms nickel and dime you for every little feature, but Flipcause includes website hosting, event management, and a built-in donor database at no extra cost. The fact that they manage the backend for us means we can focus on our programs. If you're looking for an affordable, full-service fundraising solution, Flipcause is the way to go!"

We are a small, all volunteer environmental and conservation group, Alpine Lakes Protection Society. We're not techies ourselves, but we need a decent website and assistance in keeping it current. Flipcause has been a great solution for us, giving us just what we need, at reasonable cost. They have always been very responsive. So far we have been very pleased with, and had zero problems with Flipcause. We have no hesitation about recommending Flipcause to anyone or any group looking for help with their online presence.

This organization used to be great but unfortunately now they hold funds for a month and you can no longer speak to customer service. Only chat online where they keep saying expect funds in 7-10 business days but we have transfer requests from a month ago. Beware of poor service and not receiving your non-profit donations.
