These guys are slow unreliable and have a "auto renew system" that just doesn't work (I spend anywhere from 2- 4 days shaking my cartridge like a nanny for ink). I print things like they're going out of style at work and I'm convinced I'm one of the few reasons that the Amazon rainforest can't keep up but these guys can't seem to understand how quickly I go through ink. I've had several times I either need to hijack a co worker's printer or leave the office to go to my nearest supply store to get a new cartridge. Better yet they won't allow a spare cartridge so that way when I have to wait 2 weeks for their system to not detect I'm out of ink and I have to call in angry about a lack of service and ink for them to snail mail my ink out a week later. Overall this company disappoints me like my favorite sports team in playoffs. Go somewhere else.

Extremely poor customer service. Attempted to order a replacement toner via online form and email and was shipped the incorrect item. Rather than simply apologize and fix the issue, a “supply specialist” denied fault, resisted a resolution and even quoted the incorrect item number in their response without even checking my order or the visible email thread. We had to purchase the item elsewhere, as several days have passed. I don’t recommend this company at all.
