We have been using Fleetio to manage our small fleet of trucks for almost 2 years now. We really like the customizable daily inspection checklist. It streamlines our morning routine and keeps us DOT compliant. All inspection records are kept organized and easy to find. We have just begun to use the maintenance part and look forward to fully implementing it to help keep track of our truck & equipment maintenance. Fleetio has been great so far and their customer service has been helpful when we needed it. 5 stars for Fleetio!

I switched FMIS almost two years ago and Fleetio was my clear choice. The eDVIR's were a big portion of the decision, but the way it flows and its intuitive design just spoke to all of us. The amount of data it provides is outstanding and the reports are easy to run. Cloud based so I can access it from anywhere when I am traveling. Great onboarding support and support after the sale.

I've been using Fleetio to manage my fleet of abt 100 vehicles (pickups, SUVs, boats, and trailers) across 8 offices in 4 states since 2021 and absolutely recommend it. It has allowed us to take better care of our assets, spend less time on record keeping, and track spending. Once set up, both the desktop and the app are intuitive to use.

We've had no issues with the app as far as vehicle service goes - we have encountered shops that don't know how to use it (but that's a shop issue, not a Fleetio issue). We've also found one or two shops that were shown as "in network" but were actually not - again, most likely a shop issue.

Others have complained about customer service and, unfortunately, I have noticed a significant decline in responsiveness since I signed up as well. That said, when I signed up customer service was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, far better than what I've come to expect - calls/emails were answered very quickly by friendly, polite, and knowledgeable people who resolved issues immediately. They were the Chick-Fil-A of fleet management! As they've grown, replies to both calls and emails have taken longer, their replies are less clear, and issues sometimes take more than one try to resolve. They've gone from "exceeds expectations" to "usually meets expectations." It not such an issue that I wouldn't recommend them, however, I did deduct a star.

We used Fleetio for almost 5 years. We started with 80 trucks and grew to 150. Now we are adding 50 more. But the account team did not want to work with us anymore. That was really disappointing. We asked for help and they didn’t care. We won’t use Fleetio again. We hope they treat others better.

This was a very good company and the customer service was great. Now you can never get a live person to talk to like before, you are now instructed to send and email that will never be answered in any kind of timely manor, or never answered. It's a shame to see good company go to pieces because they are horrible now with customer service. I've been try for three day to get a problem resolved with one of the garages that we have repairs done, and no has call me back and no one has answered my emails to [email protected]. My be the owner should try to call and she who good this customer service system works. I've tried for day sand the only thing I get is a recording tell me that we are busy and no one is available.

Fleetio integrates well with 3rd party ELD system, a few glitches here & there require a more accurate review than simply "perfect". As for Fleetio itself, it works well. Tracking service tasks could be more forgiving to include entries meaning the same thing just worded differently.
