Avoid doing business with this payment processor. This rating is being given based on the lack of transparency in fee changes and cancellation fees this company administers to its clients. I was never informed in writing about fee increases. Their cancellation policy places the accountability COMPLETELY on the customer, this is not customer service in my opinion. There only response is “it’s in your contract”.

If you are looking for a place to grow and cultivate a career this is NOT the place. If you have ever made a mistake as a human being do NOT invest or work here. FIS is an absolutely horrible company with absolutely no regard for their employees. The only good people at FIS are middle management and office security . Upper management and Human Resources are the most disgraceful, dishonest, aloof, and underhanded, human beings you could ever come across. If zero stars was an option it would be rightfully deserved.

Please stay away from this company.

They never inform us about annual fee and just took the money from our account without any prior notice.

We never receive a signed contract from them. Representatives are just rude and smart mouth.

So we canceled the service and they charged us another $296. Apparently very thirsty for cash. I'm sure they will be going out of business soon enough.

I really wonder how this people are permitted to operate business in the US.

edit 1: they just respond to the bad reviews to make them look better. This company gathers bunch of under motivated people, mostly between jobs, so they can be as rude as they want.

edit 2: many companies I know have cancelled their services. These guys probably make a living from cancellation fees.

BEWARED USING THIS COMPANY SERVICES. I was not informed of the merge, or that they had changed the name. There has not been any improvements. Mercury now Vantiv now World Pay currently has a police report filed due to Fraud on my account 3 times, they did not return my monies the 2nd and 3rd time, so I had no choice but to report this company. The last one a few hours ago hit my bank. An investigation has started. I have requested for my to be closed 3 times. Reese, who is the account specialist but really could not tell me exactly what is actual title was never closed my account.
Tamara M. from Risk Management for Fraud never called back after the first time , I was told that my Merchant Account number was compromised with fraud. The company gave me NEW ACCOUNT NUMBER and the next week Fraud was on my account again. I did not want to expose them on Social Media but they have been dishonest, with this inside job of fraud. The name of the company never showed up on a bank statement. days went by no one called. I was on hold for an hour waiting for fraud company. They are dishonest about charge backs, and other charges. WATCH YOUR STATEMENTS ALL OF THEM, THEY WILL TELL YOU ITS A CHARGE BACK when it is not even your charges. There is some scam going on. I want my monies back into my account immediately. PLEASE EVERY CUSTOMER AND ANY ONE THINKING ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY IF YOU DECIDE, check your bank statements, bank online daily. They disguised their names also. I really hate writing reviews like this, but my account is still open when I REQUESTED TWO WEEKS AGO ,. LAST WEEK AND THIS WEEK TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND STOP! THE FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!🤧😤🤕✝️🚫😲

Based on accountability, customer service and transparency, this company does not even deserve 1 star. They offer no explanation when they do not deposit all of your funds. When you contact customer service they inform you that they are not required to let you know why they have kept your money. Do yourself and your business a favor, do NOT use them.without looking into their business practices. I own a small business and their mistakes have cost me thousands. I may have to sue them.

Worst company I quit due to what they do to their merchants Bait and Switch after 9 months raise pricing and say it is a Visa /MA increase. This is a total lie. Rates combined haven't increased in 10 yrs. combined that high. You call and they lock you in w/ clause and huge cancel fee. (read fine print) Most increases are .26% and 5 cents a sale more. Please avoid. I been in business long time and this is a total RIP OFF I would give them a minus if able AVOID They process through Citizens Bank too

I am a customer thru a vendor of mine, I have no choice but to use World Pay. I have a simple concern and cannot reach ONE PERSON in two days that can help!! I am routed to India, which I do not mind, however, the call was dropped three times after a 40+ min hold. Finally reached a supervisor, had no idea what a routing number was nor a could help me change my banking info or direct me on how to do it. In other words, WHEN SOMEONE PAYS ME WHERE WILL THE MONEY GO? HELLO

Decent company before the squares of the world & other processors came to the forefront. When the new guys came up, that was that. Upon canceling in Nov, I’ve continued to get random charges after the last was to come out. From there, I’ve learned that my 3 accounts were transferred to a new account division with new everything. I cant get any help because I don’t know the new account number. Not to mention, the customer service rep spoke down to me the entire time we were on the phone, including the phrase “First & Foremost”. I’m cool, but after the 3rd one I had to stop her & explain that isn’t professional.
