I’ve been to this Fieldwork location a few times to do market research work. I enjoy going to this office in the Illinois Center at 111 E. Wacker. Clean and bright environment. Friendly staff. They offer free parking in the building’s garage. Happy to go back anytime!

I was inquiring about my incentive I never received and when asking Veronica about it, she was rude and had no phone etiquette. Her attitude was unacceptable. And for the future, I would recommend whoever is in charge of making sure everyone gets paid in a orderly fashion, to make sure you are more careful in making sure no one gets missed when distributing payment cause I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else.

I used to love doing surveys here, not only have they gotten cheap, but they hold your payment in an interest barring account for weeks and make you wait for it. This happened to me twice in a row, complete waste of time.

The place is great but the guy at the front desk is not very personable. Pretty dry, almost like he doesn’t want to work with people. Word of advice, even tho it’s for research and things like that, the people at the front desk should be a little more welcoming and not standoffish. Other then that, it’s a pretty cool spot

2021 5* Great experience with a focus group. Complimentary parking, staff was good. Nice and clean environment. Enjoyed my time there.

Wonderful organization. Great customer service, very honest and fair to customers.

Goes out of their way to not waste your time and instead reward it.

I showed up for a study 30 mins ahead of time. The clerk gave me a freshly made sandwich, bag of chips and a soda as a thank you. No joke.

Another time they called me an hour before my study to let me know traffic was heavy that day. And because of the issue they were increasing the incentive for participating by $25- I was already getting paid 125$ for my time.

That's impressive and shows the commitment they have to their bussiness.

I occasionally would come here for focus groups and it's been a good experience. However I lost track of my reward card and it expired in August; I just found it again but neither they nor visa offer any leniency so I am out $350 even though it's a pandemic. Just wow.
