This Title Company is horrible. They don't listen to the client. Rude & Ignorant. I doubt if either Realtor will ever use them again. A 30 day escrow that turned into a 60 nightmare. And the kicker was when I provided the Bank information of where I wanted my funds deposited the lady asked me if it was "Legit"?!... One of the biggest billion dollar banks in the world, & she had never heard of it? Not very re assuring..

As a local 30 year veteran appraiser relying on title data and specifically legal description information, today had occasion for the first time in years to see a Legal Description that referenced the "commonly known as" physical street address of a property right beneath the legal description as recorded. While a simple addition, this enabled me to instantly know that the legal and the address were one and the same. Friendly, competent, safe, and FAST. Sharron, the notary who walked us through our loan signing, explained each document, had the answers to our questions, and had the solution to cheerfully take care of any problems - like when I signed in the wrong place - twice. Did I mention they were fast? They were at least a day faster than I expected to set up an appointment for the signing and two days faster to cut a check after the loan went through. The signing took place in a separate room, with direct access from the parking lot, and the door was open the whole time. Sharron wore a mask at all times. The room had obviously been sanitized. There was a plexiglass shield between us.

Let me say, this title company has made selling my piece of property a nightmare.
I started escrow a year ago and still not done as of 10-1-2020
Im not sure if anyone knows what there doing except giving alot of excuses why paperwork is not done, and never getting back to you.
I have sold several peices of property and never had such a bad experience in doing it ...and its still not done.
i cant even give them a star , but have no choice
i guess i caught them on 365 bad days

Everything got messed up that could get messed up, they did not state my address, my name etc. correctly on the docs and on my check! They also forgot to provide the proper paper work to the buyer and therefore closing was delayed 3 days. When I brought it up I was laughed at, very unprofessional and terrible company! They also lied about their errors they tried to cover up desperately.
