Item was stolen during delivery from store…. Losing over $500 dollars from this stores delivery process. Wouldn’t recommended using this store at all, very shady. Thank you for stealing from an older nurse.

Item was not delivered and opened when box arrived. I even paid for a special box and as you can see it starts with the packaging job. Not packed well at all and paid extra.

I went there to ship a package. I saw there was a kiosk but my package was too big to ship with it so I waited at their desk for shipping. One person ignored me and talked to someone who came after me about someone who worked there. Another employee came out and walked right by me and didn’t acknowledge I was there. Mind you there was only myself and one other person there. It was a pain in the ass because I am 39 weeks pregnant so I just left. I would rather go to another location and drive out of my way than give this location my business.

Not the first time coming today but great experience again- was greeted promptly by one of the employees, he helped me to process my AT&T return, fast and efficient, took me less than 5 min. Shipped few packages few times before but also received great service. The store didn't look too busy but there were staff available all the time.

If you enjoy having your packages stolen, “not scanned correctly” of “mysteriously disappearing” than this is the store for you.

I’m not sure what kind of arraignment they have with their drivers, but man congrats on stealing another expensive electronic. I’m assuming they split the finds 50/50.

Shame on FedEx for allowing this kinda BS to continue in their stores.

I had a brochure printed for my business and went to pick it up and was so shocked by the bad quality. It looked like something I could have done myself. If I had been overseeing this job I definitely would have alerted the customer beforehand and worked out some way of making it right. Instead, I was told what I SHOULD have done. Really?!?! There has to be some better way of making things easier for the customer so they aren’t stuck with a print job that looks horrible.

I love my local business office! They are always so helpful and friendly. They make printing home projects easy. Sometimes they get busy so that increases wait times but nothing a little patience can’t solve 🙂 Keep up the great work guys!
