The inner courtyard of BAM, which is accessible to the public at all times, hosts several rather nice pieces of modern art, which are definitely worth looking at. Unfortunately, I can't recommend visiting the place during the working hours: on at least one occation I was accosted by an employee of BAM, who demanded that I immediately leave the (publicly accessible, and not in any way marked as restricted) area if I am not an employee of BAM.
So come and enjoy - but do not expect hospitality.

Ich war zur "Langen Nacht der Wissenschaften" da und war sehr begeistert. Es war definitiv der beste Ort des Abends und ich werde nächstes Jahr definitiv wiederkommen. Viele nützliche Informationen und super nettes Personal. Zu gern würde ich einmal an einer privaten Führung teilnehmen.
