Went in on a Saturday morning, staff was extremely polite and respectful, was attended to immediately without having to wait forever , explained each process and didn't at any point make me feel uncomfortable, went in for a pre-employment screen, facility was super clean and smelt clean too, location was also easily accessible with enough parking

I had a very disappointing experience at this lab. When I called ahead to ask a simple question about my medication and its potential impact on my drug test, I was met with a rude response and told to come in for answers. After driving an hour to the facility, I was then denied service simply because I had a cold, despite taking precautions. The staff could have handled this situation with more professionalism and courtesy, especially considering that another lab had no issue testing me. I hope they work on improving their communication and customer service

I needed to do an employment drug test and this facility is not only in a great location (free parking, easy to find, signage) but also is very professional and CLEAN! I would recommend this location for any labs you may need. The strict hygienic approach is something I have seen places become lax on, but this place has set the tone to put your mind at ease that you're in a facility that takes sanitary precautions.

Tonia is amazing!! It was super fast, the results come back within five minutes of taking the test which is really awesome, I’ve never experienced something like that before. I would definitely recommend and come back anytime!
