This company doesn’t stand behind their product. I sent them a sample of a cable to make for me. It took months and when I received it it was wrong. I contacted them and they responded by admitting it was done incorrectly and that they would build a new one for an additional $2,000.00. I told them you made the mistake you should replace the one that was done incorrectly. Months went by and I was emailed my new cable I ordered was ready for $2,0000.00. I contacted them and told them I never ordered the cable and asked for a copy of my order. They sent me a copy of an order form that says verbal order on it.
