As much fun as it is waiting on hold to talk to miserable tech employees at corporate centers... I recommend going here first. Paul helped me when I couldn't even explain the issue I was having, and made the problem and fix easy to understand.Plus he took time to help me do updates and install helpful software. I was just in and out with my PC. Customer service and beyond. Not to mention Paul and Johnathan are just really awesome dudes!

After years of disorganization and hesitation, I finally decided to take my iMac in to get looked at. I worked with Andrew and he was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure he understood why exactly I was wanting. He was able to work much faster than I ever expected and called me several times over the course of a few days to update me on the progress he was making. I am super impressed with these guys and will be going there for all of my tech needs in the future. Excellent service and pricing and people!

I was in Fairbanks just for 3 days and had brought my laptop. Knew the laptop battery had died and had issues replacing it (cant ship to Ak or not in stock)….but it had been working as long as I kept it connected to AC power. Even so, when I reconnected and turned on, it often took a few tries to reboot. This time it was fatal. Would not restart. Called Fairbanks Tech Support and they looked at the system hardware (at some point there had been an overheat situation of some kind) and most of the system was damaged beyond repair. BUT they saved my hard drive, and set me up with a new unit (and so much better for my use!) and the entire experience was so fast! Back in business and much stress alleviated. I have the highest praise for this company!! Thank you Fairbanks Tech Support!!!

Our company ran into computer issues and Fairbanks Tech Support took care of all of our problems. They explained all issues needing to be addressed, gave us a very fair quote and repaired all issues very quickly and efficiently. Their customer service, knowledge and quick repairs exceeded are expectations, we were highly satisfied and will continue using them in the future. I highly recommend them!
